La Famiglia Vineyards & Winery is a family-owned operation featuring over 16 estate wines appealing to all palates from sweet to dry. We have had a phenomenal first year and half of being open and are scaling up our staffing to fit the needs of the market! As a bartender/tasting room associate, you would not only be the customer’s first impression and introduction to the company, but would also be a critical piece in our operations.
If you love interacting with people, being a part of a growing team and adventure, this would be a great fit for you! Our regular business hours are Saturday and Sunday from 12:00-6:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
*Thorough understanding of La Famiglia's wines and grapes
*Strong communication skills and professionalism when engaging with customers - ability to engage with customers and provide wine recommendations, information on upcoming events and community engagements, etc.
*Insight into La Famiglia's history and embodiment of La Famiglia ethos
*Handle monetary transactions
*Assist with inventory - logging inventory, replenishing stock, etc.
*Assist with labeling wine bottles
*Maintain a clean and professional workspace behind the wine bar
*Perform opening and closing duties behind bar
Skills:
Strong communication, customer service, sales, organization skills,
Experience: Experience in the wine and/or service industry,
Compensation: $15/hr plus tips
