Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Safely operate various recovery vehicles, including flatbed trucks and tow trucks, to retrieve repossessed assets.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles using automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge to assess condition prior to recovery.
- Load and unload recovered vehicles carefully, ensuring no damage occurs during transport.
- Navigate urban and rural areas efficiently using GPS and mapping tools to locate assigned vehicles promptly.
- Manage conflict situations professionally when dealing with vehicle owners or third parties during repossession activities.
- Maintain detailed records of all recoveries, including logs of vehicle location, condition, and recovery process.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies during all operations.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred.
- Familiarity with flatbed trucks, tow trucks, and other recovery equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict management professionally.
- Physical ability to load/unload vehicles manually or using appropriate equipment; comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
