Summer Help Needed in our busy rental shops.
Big Sur Adventures is looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. No experience? No problem! We provide all the training you need.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with bike rentals, reservations, and inquiries via phone and email.
- Perform basic bike maintenance and repairs (training provided).
- Use Google Workspace and booking software to manage inventory.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Learn and follow biking safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Eager to learn with a proactive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn Google Workspace.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift/move up to 60 lbs (essential for handling electric bikes).
- Passion for biking, outdoor activities, or sports is a plus!
