Indy West Christian School is prayerfully seeking a passionate, mission‑driven Christian leader to serve as our Director of Development. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who desires to use their gifts in relationship-building and fundraising to support a Christ-centered educational ministry.
In this role, you will lead efforts to grow financial support for the school through meaningful connections with donors, alumni, churches, and community partners. You'll play a key part in advancing the mission by helping sustain and expand opportunities for students to be educated through a biblical worldview.
What You'll Do:

Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with supporters

Lead fundraising initiatives, including annual and online giving

Champion the mission through storytelling, communication, and stewardship

Partner with school leadership to strengthen advancement efforts
