**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Diagnose and repair major household appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, and ranges
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Complete most repairs on the first visit
- Represent Tager with integrity in every home

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
- 2+ years appliance repair experience preferred. We are willing to train the the right person.
- Strong customer communication skills — this is non-negotiable
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Professional attitude and honest work ethic
- Mechanical or technical background considered if no appliance experience

**PAY & BENEFITS**
- $1,200 — $1,400/week average (commission + hourly)
- Guaranteed minimum during training
- Company vehicle + fuel card
- Paid training if needed
- No weekends or holidays
