The primary purpose of the Career Coach is to support high school students in identifying their career goals and aligning those goals with appropriate postsecondary education opportunities, particularly at Wayne Community College. Working closely with high school counselors and career development coordinators, the Career Coach provides academic advising, career guidance, and support services that help students make informed decisions about their futures. The overall aim is to increase students’ awareness of career pathways and educational resources, ensuring they are well-prepared for life after graduation.
Unofficial transcripts from all degree-granting, institutions must be electronically attached to your application or submitted to Human Resources before being considered for an interview. To be considered, all degrees must be awarded by a regionally accredited institution recognized by the United States Department of Education.
Official transcripts for all coursework and degrees will be required within 30 days of hire.
Foreign Degrees: Foreign degree evaluations must be attached in lieu of transcripts for degrees earned outside the United States. Transcripts from foreign institutions will not be considered alone.
Foreign Credential Evaluation Services: Wayne Community College accepts foreign transcript evaluations only from The National Association of Credential Evaluation Services. *Prices for transcript evaluations vary from agency to agency, and payment is the applicant's responsibility.
