A well-established, high-volume collision repair facility in Aurora, Colorado is seeking an experienced Collision Repair Estimator to join its growing team.

What You'll Do
- Write complete and accurate repair plans using industry estimating software
- Perform detailed vehicle inspections and damage analysis
- Identify hidden damage during teardown and prepare supplements
- Communicate with insurance companies throughout the repair process
- Keep customers informed with timely repair status updates
- Coordinate with technicians, painters, parts personnel, and production staff
- Monitor repair progress and proactively resolve delays
- Maintain accurate repair documentation from estimate through delivery
- Help achieve production, quality, and cycle-time goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous collision repair estimating experience is required
- Strong knowledge of blueprinting, repair planning, and supplement management
- Experience working with insurance claims and DRP repair processes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple repairs simultaneously
- Experience using CCC ONE or similar estimating software
- Experience handling Progressive claims is a plus
- I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications are preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license preferred
Compensation & Benefits
$65,000–$160,000+ annually
Compensation is based on experience, production, and overall performance.
