About the Role
We’re looking for a Warranty Specialist/Associate who thrives in deep analysis and process improvement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diving into data, identifying missed or underutilized warranty opportunities, and strengthening the accuracy of parts records and warranty agreements to drive measurable financial recovery.
You’ll serve as a subject matter expert within the Warranty team—bridging daily processing with higher‑level investigations, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Do
As a Warranty Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end warranty claims process. You will be responsible for reviewing customer-submitted claims, validating documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, process-driven, and customer-focused, with an interest in operational and warranty workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review warranty claims submitted through the CMMS system
- Validate claim details and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate
- Communicate with customers to clarify claim details or request additional information
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate claim resolution
- Update claim status and maintain accurate records within the system
- Identify recurring issues or trends and escalate insights to management
- Assist with reporting and basic analysis of warranty claim data
- Support the warranty team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
- Participate in continuous process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
- Previous experience in warranty processing, claims management, or administrative operations is a plus, but not required
