As a QA/QC Field Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of materials used to build the roads and infrastructure our communities rely on every day.

Perform field and lab testing on construction materials, including Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA)
-
Ensure materials meet or exceed project specifications and quality standards
-
Interpret test results and proactively address quality concerns
-
Maintain accurate records and documentation
-
Calibrate and care for testing equipment
-
Continuously develop your skills through training and hands-on experience
We're seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are ready to learn and grow.

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Ability to obtain NECEPT Field Technician Certification
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
-
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites
This is an active, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field:

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs (including testing equipment)

Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and working with materials
-
Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed
-
Commitment to safety, including compliance with all safety protocols
