Salute Medical Transportation is seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional Non- Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Drivers to provide safe and reliable transportation for clients traveling to and from medical appointments, dialysis treatments, and other healthcare- related destinations.
The ideal candidate is punctual, customer- focused, and committed to providing exceptional service while ensuring the safety and comfort of every passenger.
Responsibilites:
* Safely transport clients to scheduled medical appointments
* Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle when appropriate
* Maintain professional communication with dispatch, clients, and healthcare facilities
* Keep your vehicle clean, fueled, and in safe operating condition
* Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and HIPAA privacy guidelines
* Deliver courteous, respectful, and compassionate customer service at all times
Job Types: Contract full- time
Area: Montgomery, AL
Schedule:
* Must be available from 4AM to 6PM
* Monday through Friday and every Saturday
Minimum Qualifications:
* Must be at least 21 years of age
* Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
* Ability to use GPS navigation and smartphone applications
* Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
