Job Overview
The Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various machinery and maintenance equipment used in facility upkeep, cleaning, landscaping, and repair operations. This role ensures all equipment is operated in compliance with company policies and safety standards to maintain a clean, safe, and functional facility environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of equipment such as Pressure Cleaner Drones, and pressure washers' trucks, and other powered maintenance tools.
- Worked for a commercial pressure cleaning company that specializes in Sidewalks, Parking lots, Garages with chemicals, hot water, 4500 psi pressure
- Follow all safety protocols and construction site regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Conduct daily inspections and perform basic maintenance (fueling, fluid checks, and cleaning) on assigned equipment.
- Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage, maintenance records, and operational reports
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine maintenance
- Drone (FAA) Certification
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating maintenance or industrial equipment preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in outdoor environments under various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Job Type: Mon - Fri (FT) 7am - 3:30pm
Weekends when needed
Hourly: $20-25 /hour
