Pay & Growth Opportunity
The listed hourly rate reflects the standard post-probationary pay. All new hires begin with a 90-day probationary period at an introductory rate. Following a performance review, team members who meet expectations in performance, reliability, and overall contribution will be eligible for an increase to the standard rate.

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients in a friendly, professional manner
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations
Maintain accurate client records and assist with check-in processes
Handle client inquiries, process payments, and support retail sales
Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Provide an exceptional client experience at every interaction
Qualifications
Previous front desk, spa, or customer service experience preferred
Retail experience with a focus on client satisfaction is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using scheduling systems, phones, and basic office equipment
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
