We are a growing a multi-location dental practice seeking an experienced Network Specialist to maintain, support, and enhance our existing technology infrastructure. This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys problem-solving, and supporting end users.
Experience with digital dental imaging systems is highly desirable, and familiarity with dental software platforms is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support network infrastructure across multiple office locations
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations and servers
- Install, manage, and support dental practice management and imaging software
- Coordinate and support third-party software integrations
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to office staff
- Support and maintain VOIP phone systems (experience preferred)
- Travel between office locations as needed
- Maintain strong documentation and demonstrate excellent organizational skills
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a network or IT support role
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Experience supporting Windows-based environments
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
Preferred Experience
- Digital X-ray or dental imaging systems
- Dental practice management software
- VOIP systems
- Healthcare or multi-site IT environments
