The Plateau Travel Plaza is opening soon, and we are building a strong back‑of‑house team to support Three Teepees Café in our newly remodeled and expanded property.
We are currently seeking a Kitchen Steward to help maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the kitchen. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and taking pride in keeping a fast‑paced kitchen clean, safe, and ready for service.
What you’ll do

Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, floors, and surfaces

Assist with trash removal and proper waste disposal

Help keep kitchen and storage areas organized and stocked

Follow food safety, sanitation, and other safety procedures

Support kitchen staff by keeping workspaces clean and functional

Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment
-
Contribute to a clean, efficient, and team‑focused kitchen environment
Benefits, Compensation, & Perks
The starting wage for a Kitchen Steward is $18.00 per hour, plus a shift differential for non‑standard hours, ranging from an additional $0.50 to $2.50 per hour, depending on the shift worked.
