Landscaping Business Owners & Crews – Paid Jobs in Austin
This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity for landscaping businesses and owner-operators. It is not an hourly employee position.
Local Landscaping Partners is expanding throughout the Austin area and is looking for established landscaping companies, lawn care providers, and outdoor service crews.
We help approved providers receive paid customer jobs in their selected service areas without purchasing individual leads or bidding against multiple contractors.
What We Provide

- Quoting and scheduling support

You control:
- Your service area
- The services you offer
- Your pricing
- Your availability
- How many additional jobs you accept
Providers receive 70% of the collected revenue from completed and paid jobs. Local Landscaping Partners retains 30% to support marketing, customer service, payment processing, software, administration, and network operations.
Monthly platform fees apply after onboarding. All fees and agreement terms are reviewed before you sign or accept work.
You can begin with a limited number of jobs, see how the system works in your area, and increase your capacity over time.

- Lawn mowing and recurring maintenance
- Mulch installation
- Shrub and hedge trimming
- Seasonal and property cleanups
- Sod installation
- Planting and landscape installation
- Irrigation work
- Hardscaping
- Tree and shrub services
- Commercial and multi-property maintenance
Job volume depends on customer demand, season, territory, services offered, and provider availability.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should currently operate a landscaping, lawn care, or related outdoor-service business and have:
- General liability insurance, or the ability to obtain it before activation
- A registered business or sole-proprietor setup
- EIN and completed W-9
- Reliable transportation
- Professional tools and equipment
- Ability to communicate with customers professionally
- Ability to complete jobs safely and independently
- Current service pricing or the ability to prepare a price list
- Recent work photos, business page, or customer references
Single-truck owner-operators and established multi-crew companies are both encouraged to apply.

What Happens After You Apply

Applicants who appear to meet the requirements will be invited to a short Provider Qualification Call.
Provider openings are based on territory needs. Onboarding may be paused when an area reaches sufficient coverage.
