We are hiring 5 dependable workers for a commercial tilt-up concrete project in Beaufort, South Carolina. These positions are available immediately, with work beginning Monday, August 17 at 5:00 AM.
Previous concrete or construction experience is not required. We are willing to train individuals who are dependable, willing to learn, and ready to work.
This is physically demanding outdoor construction work. Applicants should be comfortable working on an active commercial construction site, following instructions, learning concrete construction procedures, and working as part of a crew.
Pay
Starting pay is $17.00 per hour.
There will be a performance review after the first two weeks, with an opportunity for a pay increase based on:
- Attendance and punctuality
- Reliability
- Work ethic
- Ability and willingness to learn
- Job performance and progress
Payments are made every Friday after the initial one-week payment hold.
Requirements
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must be able to report to work at 5:00 AM
- Must be willing to perform physical outdoor construction work
- Must be willing to learn and follow jobsite instructions
- Reliable transportation is strongly preferred
- Transportation/pickup may be available depending on location
Employment Classification
This opportunity is currently structured as a 1099 subcontractor position.
No experience necessary. Training will be provided.
