Job Summary (Essential Functions):
Provides friendly, efficient food and beverage service to members and their guests on the pool deck in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Job Tasks/Duties:
- Greet members and guests in a warm, professional manner and provide prompt service.
- Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into the POS system.
- Expediate orders, prepare beverages (including milkshakes and smoothies), and deliver items to guests.
- Wash and sanitize dishes and utensils returned from the pool deck.
- Always maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Monitor and restock food, beverage, and paper product inventory as needed.
- Assist with clearing and emptying trash receptacles on the pool deck.
- Clean, sanitize and restock all areas before the end of each shift.
- Prepare and service alcoholic beverages in accordance with laws and Club policies (if 21 years of age or older).
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Education, Certification and Experience:
- A minimum of 16 years of age is required.
- Prior food and beverage or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, kneeling, and lifting.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds regularly.
- Must be able to work in outdoor conditions, including heat, humidity, and noise.
