Clara Medical Spa is seeking a skilled, passionate, and experienced Aesthetician to join our team for a full time/ part time position. Weekend availability is required.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for enhancing the appearance and health of clients' skin through various treatments and services. Your expertise will help clients achieve their beauty goals while ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Duties
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable services or products.
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and experience.
- Utilize software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that reflects hospitality standards, ensuring clients feel valued and comfortable.
Qualifications
- Valid aesthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
- Proven experience in aesthetic treatments.
- Knowledge of color theory as it relates to skincare and beauty treatments.
- Experience in retail sales with a focus on upselling beauty products is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on hospitality and customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
