HumanHire is partnered with a fast-growing distributor of industrial products and supply chain solutions to help them find a Senior Financial Analyst who can identify opportunities to improve financial performance, optimize operations, and support future growth initiatives and acquisitions.
In this key role, you would act as a strategic finance partner to the CEO by identifying opportunities for improvement and value creation.

Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with ownership and the Operations Manager to provide financial insight and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance reporting.
- Manage and optimize cash flow and working capital initiatives to improve liquidity and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to increase profitability, improve margins, reduce inefficiencies, and drive measurable business value.
- Collaborate with the company's external CPA on reporting and financial processes
- Support future growth initiatives, including potential M&A activity, acquisitions, and related financial transactions.
Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications:
- A strong FP&A foundation with exposure to accounting and financial operations.
- Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or similarly operational business environment.
- Exposure to private equity-backed organizations or environments focused on growth and value creation is a huge plus.
- Demonstrated experience improving cash flow, profitability, and business performance through financial analysis and operational partnership.
- The ability to move beyond historical reporting and act as a strategic finance partner to leadership by identifying opportunities for improvement and value creation.
