Empire Client Connection is expanding and hiring a Customer Sales Associate to support a growing telecommunications and fiber internet campaign. This Customer Sales Associate role is focused on customer interaction, customer enrollment, and direct sales, working with customers to upgrade home internet services.
This is a full-time, in-person Customer Sales Associate position involving daily customer interaction and sales activity.
Customer Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to present fiber internet and telecommunications services
- Educate customers on available internet plans, pricing, and service features
- Guide customers through the full enrollment process, including account setup and activation
- Assist customers with switching or upgrading their current home internet services
- Identify customer needs and recommend the most appropriate connectivity solutions
- Track customer interactions, enrollments, and completed accounts accurately
- Work with the team to improve customer engagement, enrollment rates, and sales performance
As a Customer Sales Associate, you will meet directly with customers to introduce fiber internet and connectivity solutions, answer questions, and guide each customer through the enrollment process. The Customer Sales Associate plays a key role in customer acquisition, service enrollment, and account activation while delivering a strong customer experience.
Customer Sales Associate Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and customer interaction
- Interest in customer enrollment, sales, or telecommunications
- Ability to clearly explain internet services and enrollment options to customers
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
- Goal-oriented mindset with motivation to grow in customer enrollment and sales
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not required
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,400.00 per week
