- Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated program/project to ensure that contractual requirements and company objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties:
- Confers with managers and program staff to outline and establish program plans.
- Directs and coordinates activities of program personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
- Prepares and reviews program reports/briefings for senior management and customers as required.
- Performs program risk assessments with team and provides to customers.
- Confers with program personnel to provide technical advice and assist in problem resolution.
- Coordinates program activities with activities of customers, other program/project managers and off site/remote personnel.
Project Manager Experience:
- Six years or more of experience in program/project management is required; experience with the Department of Defense projects/programs is highly desired.
- Experience with MicroSoft Office and Project is highly desired.
- Experience with Integrated Master Schedules is highly desired.
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) is highly desired.
