Are you a people-focused professional with a passion for customer service and sales? We are currently seeking a Part-Time Leasing Agent to join our team and help create a welcoming, positive experience for our residents and prospective tenants.
Position Overview:
As a Leasing Agent, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents. You’ll be responsible for showcasing our community, assisting with leasing activities, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner
- Conduct property tours and highlight apartment features and amenities
- Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Process rental applications and assist with lease preparation
- Maintain accurate records and update leasing systems
- Support marketing and outreach efforts to attract new residents
- Provide excellent customer service to current residents
Qualifications:
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, property management software a plus)
- Weekend availability may be required
Schedule:
Part-time (hours may vary, including some weekends)
