Ridge Kids Staff:
Ridge Kids Staff members are responsible for providing a safe, active environment for children while their parents/guardians utilize our facility. You will provide short term care, supervision, and ensure each child wellbeing during their stay.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Caring for children ages 3 months to 12 years
- Receiving and processing payments
- Communicating with parents
- Utilizing computer programs for check-in and check-out
- Completing daily cleaning tasks to ensure safety of kids and staff
- Playing with kids and working a variety of kids programs
- Changing diapers when needed
Skills:
As a member of the team, you will need to be a positive communicator, kind, reliable, and punctual.
We require RidgeKids staff members to be CPR certified within one month of their hire date. We host monthly CPR training courses if you are in need of a certification.
Preferred Availability:
Monday - Friday 12:00pm-7:00pm
Pay Rate: Starting $15/hr
This position includes a complimentary membership at our facilities (after 6 month employment, staff may qualify for a couples/family membership).
