Facility Operations Manager. Lead a Growing Rug Cleaning Operation.

Ayoub N&H is looking for an experienced Facility Operations Manager to take the lead at our growing rug cleaning facility.
This isn't a job where you'll sit behind a desk all day. You'll be the person making sure the operation runs smoothly, from the moment rugs arrive at our facility to the moment they're cleaned, finished, and ready to go back to our customers.
You'll lead a team, solve problems, improve processes, and have the freedom to make a real difference in how our operation performs.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a proven manager and leader. Someone who knows how to hold people accountable, communicate clearly, solve problems, and get results.
Management experience is required. Experience in rug cleaning, carpet cleaning, flooring, restoration, manufacturing, or another hands-on operation is a plus, but we'll teach you our industry.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
