Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Day Shift)
Pay: $30–$35+/hour based on experience + Monthly Performance Bonus

This is a true industrial maintenance position supporting manufacturing equipment—not apartment, hotel, or facilities maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance

Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues

Troubleshoot industrial electrical systems up to 480V

Perform basic PLC troubleshooting and support automated equipment

Maintain automatic resistance welders, industrial saws, powder coating equipment, forklifts, and material handling systems

Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings

Install, repair, and improve manufacturing equipment

Complete maintenance documentation and work orders

Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase equipment reliability and uptime
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Experience working on production or manufacturing equipment

Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Experience reading electrical schematics and mechanical prints

Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred

Associate degree in Electronics Technology or related technical field is a plus
