- *Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Diesel / Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance, with a focus on various heavy-duty vehicles and equipment.
- *Responsibilities* - Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks - Diagnose and repair engine mechanical issues - Inspect and repair hydraulic systems - Conduct inspections and troubleshoot electrical systems - Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues - Perform heavy lifting as needed for repairs - Collaborate with service technicians to ensure efficient repairs
- *Experience* - Prior experience working with CAT, Cummins, Detroit or similar diesel engines, truck/trailer/heavy equipment - Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices - Experience with shocks, struts, and hydraulics - Must have your own tools.
- CDL is not required but is preferred.

Pay: Up to $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
