About the Role
Our Service Technicians are the face of our company. You set the tone with our customers and represent a first-class organization every single day. If you take pride in your work, communicate well, and want to be part of a professional, well-organized operation, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Review the service board each evening to prepare for your first call of the day
- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Verify equipment details and keep system records accurate
- Partner with our Customer Service Representatives to build clear, accurate repair quotes
- Coordinate with our Parts Warehouse so the materials you need are ready
- Document repairs professionally and take all required photos
- Use a company-provided tablet to complete work orders, forms, and documentation
- Manage van inventory and keep your vehicle fully stocked
- Maintain your company vehicle (oil changes, inspections, cleanliness)
- Respond to service calls during scheduled working hours
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable using tablets, apps, and learning new software
- Professional appearance and a customer-first mindset
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
