Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh food with speed and accuracy
- Work kitchen stations including prep, boards, and fry station
- Maintain food quality and consistency standards
- Package dine-in, carry-out, and catering orders accurately
- Keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and organized
- Assist leadership with shift change and closing duties
- Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly
- Follow food safety and Chick-fil-A standards
Shift Availability:
- Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
- Must be available for evening shifts
- Availability needed between 2:00 PM - Close
- Friday and Saturday availability required
Qualifications:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, team-oriented, and coachable
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Willingness to uphold the values of the restaurant
