We have partnered with a school district seeking a Special Education Teacher to join their team for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. All applicants must be a licensed Special Education Teacher in the state of Texas, or be eligible to obtain. This is a full time opportunity is available in the Dripping Springs, Texas area. Previous school-based experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Varying student populations determined by candidate background experience and interests.

Compensation for this position is lucrative, negotiable and pays significantly more than a traditional position working directly with the school district. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
- Create and maintain IEPs, ensuring that educational goals are met in collaboration with parents, specialists, and other educators.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Special Education
- Texas Special Education Teacher License/Certification
- Previous school-based experience is preferred, but not required
