The Asst. Kitchen Manager is responsible for aiding the Kitchen Manager with staff, food, ordering and food safety within the eatery. The Asst. Kitchen Manager must be knowledgeable on policies, procedures and food safety. Required to work 5 days per week.
The responsibilities of Asst. Kitchen Manager are listed below, but are not limited to:
- Demonstrates understanding of daily prep sheets for each station and completes daily.
- Follows and adheres to daily routine checklists given by Lead Kitchen Manager.
- Confirms, rotates and enters product invoices
- Maintains clean and organized BOH (back of house) during shift
- Follows up with employees on completion of work prior to their clocking out
- Product/submission of product ordering on time
- Adheres to assigned budget for product ordering
- Ability to forecast prep needs over multiple days
- Follows recipe standards
- Involved in training all BOH employees
- Good communication with Lead Kitchen Manager and Head Coach
The store hours are from 11am-8pm. Our crew is in from 7:30am to 10:30pm every day. Any management role requires full availability on weekends.
