We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims and ensuring that all processes are followed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Review and process warranty claims in accordance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty transactions and documentation.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding warranty issues and resolutions.
- Analyze warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with service departments to ensure timely processing of claims.
- Provide training and support to staff on warranty procedures as needed.
- Stay updated on industry standards and changes in warranty policies.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
