Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support caregivers providing in-home care
Ensure clients receive person-centered, high-quality care
Provide ongoing training and mentorship to staff
Monitor and maintain accurate documentation of care plans and services
Assist with scheduling and coordination of in-home services (staff schedules, client activities etc)
Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field
✔ Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
✔ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
✔ A compassionate and supportive approach to leadership
✔ Ability to pass a background check
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required
