Duties
- Construct custom cabinets using hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines, ensuring precise measurements and quality finishes
- Interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately build and install cabinetry according to specifications
- Install cabinets and other woodwork components on residential sites
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks
- Ensure power tool safety protocols are followed during all phases of construction and installation activities
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings or schematics for cabinetry and carpentry projects
- Extensive experience with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines
- Knowledge of construction site safety standards including proper use of power tools and heavy equipment handling
