Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communications
- Design and draft copy for marketing materials, including brochures, fact sheets, flyers, donation appeals, business cards, presentations, advertisements, etc.
- Assist with website and intranet content updates such as job postings, events, testimonials, and program information
- Create and schedule social media content, including graphics, photos, and written posts to support engagement and outreach
- Photograph programs and events for use in marketing, social media, and development materials
- Collect testimonials, quotes, and photos from clients and programs
- Basic video editing
Quality Assurance & Data Support
- Implement the client satisfaction survey process, including preparation, distribution, data tracking, and narrative summaries
- Help identify trends and themes in feedback and route concerns to appropriate departments
- Perform quality assurance audits and documentation
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative and project support to the Director of Community Relations, Community Outreach, and Quality Assurance
- Assist with planning and coordination of client appreciation events
- Assist with compiling data and demographics for reports and grant applications
This role plays an important part in supporting the mission and public presence of CPRF, helping ensure consistent communication, quality standards, and community engagement.
Job Requirement:
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
