As our team continues to grow, we're looking for a Customer Enrollment Representative who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right wireless and home connectivity solutions.
In this customer-facing role, the Customer Enrollment Representative will meet directly with clients to educate them on Verizon's latest smartphones, 5G devices, home internet, accessories, and service plans. As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you’ll guide customers through the enrollment process, answer sales questions, and ensure every customer receives a solution tailored to their individual needs.
Customer Enrollment Representative Responsibilities
- Meet with customers in person to identify their sales needs and recommend Verizon wireless, internet, and connected device solutions
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of Verizon smartphones, 5G devices, accessories, and service plans
- Assist customers with new account enrollments, activations, sales upgrades, account changes, and device setup
- Educate customers on available plans, pricing, promotions, unlimited data options, home internet, hotspot features, and other Verizon services
- Recommend products and services that provide the best value based on each customer's lifestyle and needs
- Deliver outstanding customer service while building long-term customer relationships and brand loyalty
- Maintain accurate customer records and support daily sales and customer acquisition goals
Customer Enrollment Representative Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or another customer-facing role is a plus, but not required
- Prior Customer Enrollment Representative experience is a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple customer interactions
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
- Eagerness to learn, grow professionally, and succeed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
