About the Role:
Seeking a Senior Estimator to support preconstruction efforts for commercial, industrial, distribution, and mission critical projects. This Charlotte based team serves commercial real estate, distribution, mixed use, federal, retail, and institutional markets, backed by a national construction platform with more than 45 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead conceptual and detailed estimating for tilt wall, precast, industrial, and data center projects
Review drawings, specs, and design narratives to identify scope gaps and risks
Produce quantity takeoffs and develop accurate budgets at all design stages
Coordinate pricing strategy with preconstruction, operations, and leadership
Manage subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, and proposal preparation
Support scheduling input, design coordination, and milestone planning
Qualifications:
7 plus years of commercial or industrial estimating experience
Strong knowledge of structural concrete, tilt wall systems, and mission critical requirements
Ability to develop conceptual budgets with limited documentation
Solid understanding of cost drivers, market pricing, and construction means and methods
Strong communication and presentation skills
