Join our dynamic team as a Fitness Equipment Installation Team Lead, where you will spearhead the setup and assembly of state-of-the-art fitness equipment across various client locations. Duties
- Lead and coordinate a team of installation technicians to ensure timely and precise setup of fitness equipment.
- Oversee the entire installation process, from unpacking to final testing, ensuring all steps meet company standards and client expectations.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters to verify electrical connections and ensure equipment safety and functionality.
- Conduct quality checks during and after installations to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed documentation of installation procedures, safety inspections, and equipment configurations.
- Train team members on proper installation techniques, safety protocols, and troubleshooting methods.
- Communicate effectively with clients to confirm installation requirements and address any concerns or adjustments needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in installing or assembling fitness or commercial equipment is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with prior experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical proficiency with electrical
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical diagrams clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail to ensure installations meet safety standards.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and basic troubleshooting techniques
- Experience driving 26 ft. box truck (required)
- Experience with leading a team of 1 - 5 team members
