Restaurant Manager
Duties:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Train and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and other team members.
- Create and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and increase profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper inventory control procedures are followed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary restaurant environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Manage restaurant budgets, including labor costs, food costs, and other expenses.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and promote repeat business.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Proven experience in supervising and training restaurant staff.
- Proficient in inventory management and control procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
