Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of window cleaning technicians on-site.
- Assist with hands-on cleaning tasks, maintaining a strong work ethic.
- Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are consistently met.
- Communicate effectively with clients before, during and at the end of jobs to ensure maximum satisfaction, collect payment and secure positive reviews.
- Train and mentor new team members as we expand.
- Manage daily operations, equipment maintenance and inventory management.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure excellence.
- Maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Must like cleaning and exceptional finished results of your efforts.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the cleaning or service industry.
- Clean driving record.
- Must be able and willing to climb a 32' ladder and go on roofs.
- Be mechanically inclined to maneuver and troubleshoot equipment.
