This position is tasked with upholding product quality standards, overseeing inventory levels, tracking stock movement, and implementing strategies to optimize inventory management. Additionally, the Inventory Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the process of cycle counting and ordering stock as necessary, utilizing trend history to make educated decisions on quantity and how often.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication
- Proficient in Inventory Analytics, Processes, & Procedures
- Exceptional Problem-Solving & Organizational Skills
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Abilities
- 3+ Years Experience within an Inventory Role
- Great Attention to Detail and Time Management Skills
- Experience with a POS or CRM System
- General Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical Systems
- Outstanding ability to multi-task; requiring adaptability & flexibility.
- Excellent people skills with both clients and coworkers.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Essential Duties and Functions:
- Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements, including receiving, transfers, and shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory items, including raw materials, finished products, or merchandise.
- Determine optimal stock levels and reorder items as necessary to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Update inventory databases or management systems with accurate stock quantities, movements, and adjustments.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of inventory transactions, orders, and product data.
- Ensure inventory is well-organized, labeled, categorized, and stored in designated locations for easy retrieval.
- Generate reports and analyze inventory data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Inspect inventory items for damage or defects and report issues to management.
- Implement inventory rotation techniques, such as first-in, first-out (FIFO), to reduce waste and spoilage.
- Collaborate with various departments, relaying inventory information, restocking, & addressing inventory-related concerns.
- Operate inventory management tools and equipment, such as barcode scanners, forklifts, or material handling machinery.
- Adhere to safety guidelines to ensure personal safety and safe inventory handling.
- Maintain knowledge of inventory items, including specifications, shelf life, and special storage requirements.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management procedures and increase efficiency.
- Maintain documentation for standard operating procedures related to inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Implement and monitor security measures to prevent theft or unauthorized access to valuable inventory items.
- Enforce and adhere to safety and compliance protocols for laser systems, ensuring a secure and compliant working environment.
- Update client profiles and orders within the CRM system, providing necessary information and updates.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products.
- Ensure that all equipment and materials are properly maintained and used in accordance with safety protocols.
- Identify & resolve issues related to discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items, ensuring minimal disruptions to operations.
- Uphold quality standards in mechanical design & manufacturing processes to deliver reliable & high-performance laser systems.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while respecting customer privacy and data protection regulations.
- Other unexpected or unplanned duties as requested, assigned, or directed.
