We’re looking for a few lovely human beings to join the family at casita.
if you’ve spent any time in our little house on the mass moca campus, you know we care deeply about doing things with intention. for us, hospitality is simply an act of care. it's about making people feel held, fed, and entirely welcome exactly as they are.
we are looking for folks to join our front of house team as servers.
you don’t need to be a certified master of agave or know every biodynamic winemaker in Europe to work here. we will teach you all of that. what we do need is your curiosity, your warmth, and your willingness to show up for your teammates.
here is what we’re offering:
- deep, hands-on education: we do regular, collaborative tastings and education sessions focused on natural wines and the beautiful, complex heritage of mezcal (the history, the families, the terroir, it's all magic, and we want to share it with you).
- a real, supportive community: a workspace that values you as a whole person, nestled right next to some of the most incredible contemporary art in the country.
- good food: fresh, delicious shift meals sourced from our beautiful local farming partners in the berkshires.
- fair pay: competitive base pay plus great tips.
we run service thursday through monday, so we do need folks with weekend and evening availability.
