Responsibilities:
- Greet all hotel guests and visitors as the enter the drive, opening car and lobby doors
- Assist arriving and departing guests with their luggage, including loading/unloading their car
- Communicate closely with the Front Desk to ensure proper luggage delivery and retrieval
- Assist all guests and visitors with property directions
- Ensure bags are securely placed in the bell room or guest room, tracking all bags, and delivering to appropriate guest room
- Manage hotel rental items (bikes, surfboards, etc.), ensuring all rented items have a corresponding waiver
- Maintain a clean work environment (sweeping the drive, cleaning the key room/podium area)
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Drivers License with no marks on record
- Superior professionalism, organization, and communication skills
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
- 18 years of age or older
- Availibility flexible is a MUST
Physical Demands:
- Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, rain, etc.
- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 30 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
