We're seeking full-time RBTs for both in-clinic and in-home positions at our pediatric therapy practice in Colorado Springs. Choose the setting that fits your life — or ask us about both!

POSITION OPTIONS
Option A: In-Clinic RBT Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM–3:45 PM | 37.5 hours/week Paid time for same-day client cancellations — your hours stay steady.
Option B: In-Home RBT Schedule: Monday–Thursday in-home sessions + Friday admin day | 32–40 hours/week Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement over 50 miles.

Responsibilities
-
Implement ABA therapy 1:1 with clients and families based on BCBA-created treatment plans

Collect and document session data electronically
-
Implement client behavior support plans under BCBA direction

Attend team meetings, trainings, and multidisciplinary collaboration sessions

Maintain confidentiality and a professional, organized work environment
Minimum Qualifications

Active RBT Certification (Required)

HS Diploma
-
CPR Certified (Preferred)

1 year ABA experience (Preferred)
