Gianni’s Restaurant at The Villa Casa Casuarina is seeking a professional, polished, and guest-focused Hostess to be the welcoming face of our iconic luxury dining destination. The Hostess plays a key role in creating exceptional first impressions by greeting guests warmly, managing reservations, and coordinating seating to ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities
· Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor.
· Manage reservations using the restaurant’s booking system and maintain accurate waitlists.
· Coordinate guest seating with servers and management to ensure smooth table flow and optimal service.
· Escort guests to their tables while presenting menus and explaining any specials or events when appropriate.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing host stand and entrance area.
· Communicate clearly with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional guest service.
·Uphold the restaurant’s standards of luxury hospitality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Experience in a fast pace environment.
- Standing for extended periods and interacting continuously with guests.
- Punctual, reliable, and professional.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
