Key Responsibilities:
Customer Satisfaction: Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing concerns and resolving issues, creating memorable experiences.
Sales Growth Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Familiarize yourself with top shelf products.
Environment Maintenance: Maintain an effcient, clean, and organized shop environment to enhance the customer experience. Exceptional hygiene standards.
Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and services to remain competitive in the market. Provide strong technical services to guest.
Utilization of Salon Software: Proficiently use salon software for scheduling, inventory management, and reporting purposes. Manage bookings and POS.
Upselling Strategies: Utilize effective techniques to upsell products and services, maximizing revenue. Embrace our Membership Program.
Qualifications: **Must have valid Texas Cosmetology and/or Barber License**
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Conduct client consultations. Build clientele base, and mentor junior hair stylists/barbers.
Adaptability: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
