Location Overview: This position is located at our University Crossing location, Joint Commission certified, three-story, 82,000 square-foot facility with 111 beds, serving patients with both short and long-term rehabilitation needs. Responsible for all Maintenance Functions, Grounds upkeep. Storage organization moving of equipment, Maintenance and Inventory control. Responsible for repairing, troubleshooting and overseeing maintenance Activities. Responsible for maintaining all Facilities equipment. Insure Preventative and required Maintenance, Testing and Inspections are completed on time and properly logged.

Responsibilities:

Completes work orders as assigned.
-
Orders materials, equipment and supplies for all jobs as needed.

Maintains and organizes storage areas and conducts inventory control.
-
Moves equipment/furniture as necessary. Must be able to lift 50lbs comfortably.

Make sure all required logs are maintained and kept up to date.

Make sure all inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance is done in accordance with required timeframes.

Coordinate with outside contractors when assigned.
Compensation: Experience and education may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
