Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish/English) – Shipbuilding Industry

West Hill Staffing Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish/English) to join our team. This vital role will serve as the primary recruiter for the Louisiana region and support our location in Mississippi, focusing on talent acquisition for the shipbuilding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for shipbuilding positions in the Louisiana region and Biloxi, Mississippi.
- Build relationships with local organizations, candidates, and hiring managers.
- Conduct interviews in both Spanish and English.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and applicants.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and placements.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) is required.
- Previous recruiting experience, ideally in skilled trades or industrial sectors preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the Louisiana and Mississippi labor markets is a plus.
