We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Transfer Team Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a team to keep our operation running efficiently.
This position is vital to our daily operations by ensuring transfer orders are accurately picked and shipped to our Florida and Virginia warehouse locations while maintaining organized, accurate inventory within our Calera distribution center.
What You'll Do
- Accurately pull and stage truck and trailer parts for transfer shipments to our Florida and Virginia warehouse locations.
- Unload incoming shipments and stock products in the correct warehouse locations.
- Ensure parts are routed to the appropriate staging area for local delivery routes.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by properly stocking, organizing, and rotating products.
- Verify parts and quantities before shipments are processed.
- Work closely with Receiving, Shipping, and Delivery teams to meet daily operational goals.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Adapt to changing priorities and support other warehouse functions as business needs require.

- Has basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Has a basic understanding of truck parts, trailer parts, or truck accessories (preferred, but not required—we're willing to train the right person).
- Can safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Has previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or order picking experience (preferred).
