In this role, you will be at the intersection of hardware prototyping, robotics and software. You will design and build the physical test infrastructure - fixtures, multi-axis alignment rigs, and automated stages- that lets engineering teams verify sensor performance on XR hardware. You will also build the software that drives it: full-stack tools that control robotic testing and validation setup, capture data, and turn raw measurements into actionable results, and the setups are built to be scalable to be used by internal partners and external vendors. You are equally comfortable at a CAD workstation, a Python terminal, and an optical bench — and can translate a one-off lab setup into a documented, scalable system that other teams and AI-assisted tooling can build on.
