Maintenance Planner / Project Manager
Location: Jackman, Maine
Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 + Full Benefits + Relocation Assistance

Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner / Project Manager to help drive equipment reliability, improve plant performance, and lead projects that make a real impact. What You'll Do
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate shutdowns and maintenance work to maximize uptime.
- Lead capital projects including equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvements.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, contractors, and resources.
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and reduce downtime.
- Champion a strong safety culture across all maintenance and project activities.
What We're Looking For
- 3 + years of industrial maintenance experience, ideally in a sawmill, lumber mill, wood products, or heavy manufacturing environment.
- Experience in maintenance planning, project management, or maintenance supervision.
- Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical systems including conveyors, hydraulics, pumps, motors, and gearboxes.
- Experience with CMMS software is an asset.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
